Sm\u011bs p\u0159ed\u011bl\u00e1me z p\u00e1nve a nech\u00e1me vychladnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po vychladnut\u00ed rozmixujeme, dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em podle pot\u0159eby a p\u0159id\u00e1me nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 \u0161vestky, kter\u00e9 pa\u0161tice dodaj\u00ed sladk\u00fd n\u00e1dech. Zm\u011bkl\u00e9 m\u00e1slo vy\u0161leh\u00e1me spolu s cukrov\u00fdm sirupem. V druh\u00e9 m\u00edse sm\u00edch\u00e1me mouku, sodu a kakao. Jednu l\u017e\u00edci t\u00e9to sm\u011bsi vm\u00edch\u00e1me do na\u0161lehan\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla se sirupem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159id\u00e1me nejprve jedno vejce, dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b l\u017e\u00edce such\u00fdch surovin a pot\u00e9 druh\u00e9 vejce. Jakmile v\u0161e po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b prom\u00edch\u00e1me, p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu zbytek such\u00fdch surovin a nastrouhan\u00e1 pomeran\u010dov\u00e1 k\u016fra z jednoho p\u0159edem umyt\u00e9ho a osu\u0161en\u00e9ho pomeran\u010de.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakonec nalijeme pomeran\u010dovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu. T\u011bsto v m\u00edse se m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t na prvn\u00ed pohled sra\u017een\u00e9, nicm\u00e9n\u011b tato konzistence je naprosto v po\u0159\u00e1dku, a tak ho m\u016f\u017eeme nal\u00edt do p\u0159edem tukem vymazan\u00e9 a moukou vysypan\u00e9 formy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010deme p\u0159i 170 \u00b0C p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 45-55 minut. P\u0159ed\u011bl\u00e1me ji do hrnce a zalijeme 530 ml vody. P\u0159ivedeme k varu a p\u0159iklop\u00edme pokli\u010dkou, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ji nech\u00e1me va\u0159it asi 17 minut. Po uva\u0159en\u00ed ji nech\u00e1me p\u0159ikrytou je\u0161t\u011b 10 minut, aby se vs\u00e1kl zbytek tekutiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uva\u0159enou a odle\u017eelou quinou posol\u00edme a p\u0159ed\u011bl\u00e1me na plech, kde ji nech\u00e1me vychladnout a doschnout. Mezit\u00edm propl\u00e1chneme meru\u0148ky horkou vodou a po okap\u00e1n\u00ed roz\u0159\u00edzneme na prou\u017eky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V misce metli\u010dkou pro\u0161leh\u00e1me citronovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu, k\u016fru, olej a med. Jejich slo\u017een\u00ed si nakombinujete podle ingredienc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te r\u00e1di. Nejprve si tedy vybereme obl\u00edben\u00e9 druhy o\u0159ech\u016f a su\u0161en\u00e9ho ovoce. V\u0161e rozdrt\u00edme na men\u0161\u00ed kousky. K nim nastrouh\u00e1me \u010dokol\u00e1du, v\u0161e sm\u00edch\u00e1me a vysypeme rovnom\u011brn\u011b ve stejn\u00e9 vrstv\u011b po cel\u00e9m plechu vylo\u017een\u00e9m pe\u010dic\u00edm pap\u00edrem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plech se sm\u011bs\u00ed vlo\u017e\u00edme do trouby rozeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na 180 \u00b0C a pe\u010deme asi 20 minut. Ihned po dope\u010den\u00ed kr\u00e1j\u00edme je\u0161t\u011b hork\u00e9 m\u00fcsli na ty\u010dinky v po\u017eadovan\u00fdch velikostech.
