Um\u00edrn\u011bn\u00e1 low-carb dieta po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s&nbsp;maxim\u00e1ln\u00edmi 100 g sacharid\u016f denn\u011b a liber\u00e1ln\u00ed low-carb dieta dovoluje a\u017e 150 g sacharid\u016f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 dieta\nzaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 \u00fasp\u011bch po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm proto, \u017ee se zde nepo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed kalorie\na nehladov\u00ed.
