Sterilizace sklenic<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sklenice d\u016fkladn\u011b omyjte, ide\u00e1ln\u011b v hork\u00e9 vod\u011b s trochou sody nebo jaru, a pak je sterilizujte \u2013 nejjednodu\u0161\u00ed to je v troub\u011b. <strong>Nastavte ji na 100\u202f\u00b0C a nechte sklenice \u201ep\u00e9ct\u201c asi 10 a\u017e 15 minut. <\/strong>Nezapome\u0148te <strong>sterilizovat i v\u00ed\u010dka<\/strong>, bu\u010f je kr\u00e1tce pova\u0159te, nebo je nechte p\u00e1r minut v troub\u011b spolu se sklenicemi (pokud nemaj\u00ed plastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Priprava_surovin\"><\/span>2. P\u0159\u00edprava surovin<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovoce a zeleninu d\u016fkladn\u011b omyjte. Podle pot\u0159eby je oloupejte, zbavte pecek nebo stopek. Tvrd\u0161\u00ed zeleninu, jako jsou t\u0159eba mrkev nebo fazolky, je lep\u0161\u00ed kr\u00e1tce p\u0159edva\u0159it. Zm\u011bkne a bude se l\u00e9pe zava\u0159ovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Plneni_sklenic\"><\/span>3. Pln\u011bn\u00ed sklenic<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Do sklenic vkl\u00e1dejte je\u0161t\u011b hork\u00e9 suroviny. <strong>Nepl\u0148te je a\u017e po okraj.<\/strong> Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je nechat voln\u00fdch 1\u20132 centimetry, aby m\u011bly kam se \u201erozp\u00ednat\u201c. Hrdla sklenic p\u0159ed zav\u0159en\u00edm pe\u010dliv\u011b ot\u0159ete \u010dist\u00fdm had\u0159\u00edkem nebo ubrouskem. Na ni nlijte horkou vodu, aby sahala do v\u00fd\u0161ky zhruba 2\u20133 cm.
