Tato doba se poj\u00ed s rozvojem obchodu mezi v\u00fdchodem a z\u00e1padem, co\u017e umo\u017enilo \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00fdch surovin a receptur.<strong> Pern\u00edk byl tehdy pova\u017eov\u00e1n za luxusn\u00ed dezert, kter\u00fd si mohli dovolit jen vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed vrstvy spole\u010dnosti.<\/strong> Stal se tak symbolem oslav a p\u0159epychu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na p\u0159elomu 16. a 17. stolet\u00ed se stal pern\u00edk obl\u00edben\u00fdm d\u00e1rkem k r\u016fzn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostem, v\u010detn\u011b svateb a v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch oslav.
